Founded in 2024 by Chef Ann and her husband Chris, Take Thai brings fast-casual Thai cuisine to Louisville’s Forest Springs neighborhood. Chef Ann draws on her Thai heritage to craft signature dishes like our Pad Thai and Green Curry, serving neighbors in Anchorage, Middletown, Crestwood, and Pewee Valley.
Located right off exit 30 of the Gene Snyder Freeway (265), in the Epic Plaza, we offer indoor seating, easy online ordering, takeout and delivery. We are committed to providing the Louisville Metro area with traditional flavors and friendly service.
